Simple to Use LIAD Accounting has been designed for small-businesses to use intuitively. Navigation is by way of icon, where almost any action can be undertaken without needing to exit what you are currently busy with. Users are simply required to record the financial activities they undertake, using the quick Add Inflow/Outflow Cash Flow function and identify what has occurred from the list of standard options. The system updates the accounting records appropriately. By attaching a photograph of the transaction slip, Users don t need to keep the slip as a copy is linked directly to the transaction and can be retrieved at any time to be printed or mailed as required. Cloud-Based As long as you are online, LIAD Accounting will be available to you, across multiple devices and multiple platforms. Soon, 7-different User access levels will ensure safe access can be granted to non-employees such as auditors or sub-contractors (latter to record time spent or access the To Do functionality specific to a job). Data security is paramount to this end, your company data secure across multiple data centres and is protected to the same level as Internet banking operations. This is coupled with a 4-digit pin or (where supported by the device in use) use of Fingerprint Touch ID. Therefore if you lose your device, your company data is totally secure. Reporting In addition to the standard Financial Statements available now, LIAD Accounting will soon provide multiple business reports that aid compliance with tax; company secretarial; activity reports etc. Subscription: Subscriptions are priced according to your country. The amount will be shown in the app before you complete the payment. Subscriptions renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged within the 24 hours before the end of the current period and you will be charged for one month at a time.
